
Mr. Menefee focuses his practice in the areas of family law, criminal defense, business litigation, and collections. Before college, he joined the United States Navy, where he worked as an Operations Specialist on board the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson. During law school, Mr. Menefee worked as a student instructor in the area of Advanced Appellate Advocacy and coached a University of Tennessee mock trial team. Mr. Menefee has appeared on behalf of clients in nearly every county in Tennessee. In addition to his practice, Mr. Menefee is a guest lecturer for the National Business Institute where he conducts continuing legal education for attorneys and other professionals.

After working as an award-winning television sports anchor at WVVA Television Bluefield, West Virginia, Mr. Brown attended law school and now focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, business litigation, business transactions, and general civil litigation. During law school, Mr. Brown served as a teaching assistant for the Research and Writing program and was a member of his law school's Moot Court board. In addition to his practice, Mr. Brown is a guest lecturer for the National Business Institute where he conducts continuing legal education for attorneys and other professionals.
